2024 Maverick ACCM update

Anyone having the occasional ACCM update that absolutely will not go through and revs the engine all crazy? Running out of options. Any help is appreciated Update: spent like an hour and a half on this, bout ten minutes after the post, tried the update while holding the throttle around 2k and it went through no problem, unclear if this actually affected it or if it just decided to work. Not the first time this has happened.
