Saving Private Ryan(1998) scene copied from Border(1997)!!!!???

so, I have seen Saving Private Ryan and as well as Border, many times. Until now, I used to think that Border copied it's climax scene from Saving Private Ryan, where a tank is about to attack Sunny Deol but Jacky shroff's jet comes out of nowhere and drops a bomb on that tank, saving Sunny Deol.
A similar scene is shown in Saving private Ryan, where a tank is about to kill Tom Hanks, but suddenly, a jet drops bomb on that tank, saving Tom Hanks..
Until now, I used to think that Border copied that scene from Saving Private Ryan, but today I realized that Border released one year ahead of Saving Private Ryan in 1997. So is it that Saving private Ryan copied that scene from border?
