Hi everyone,

I recently asked the community a few questions and immediately received seberal responses, so thank you again by the way.

That aside, I (46 M, 195 lbs. /88 ish Kg, 5'10") have trouble being consistent. For about two decades it has been an unsuccessful cycle.

I included my most recent pictures for a reference point for if I manage to break this negative cycle! FYI, sorry I dodn't post my legs, but if it helps, there is no "extra weight" in my legs or my butt.

I have trouble with conditency. I can give one or two quick examples so I turn this into a tldr: I will go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week consistently for 2 to 4 weeks, then revert to going maybe 2 or 3 times a month, if at all for up to half a year sometimes

Some things holding me back: I'm on anxiety medication that severely ruins my circadian rhythm. It also makes it hard to shake off any drowsiness. I sleep enough but some days it's split up between naps throught the day.

I don't want to be an Olympic God lol I also don't want to make my own fanboyz page (no offence!). I've been trying very hard to think outside the box. I would be very grateful for any advice people can share? Feel free to be direct - I won't break lol

I posted a few recent pictures. You can see muscle definition in some areas, but not in others where there's too much fat.

Thanks again
