Teammate used AI to frame me for cheating

Me and one of my teammates used to be very good friends, but he ended our friendship over a girl(this will be relevant). Anyway, last month we had a 2K test and I got a 7:09. Two weeks ago, we got new monitors and sold the old pm3/4s Today in practice, my teammate showed me a photo of the monitor with my number on it, and the right date of a 7:22, telling me “you are so f’ed”. I don’t know if he used AI or Photoshop to do this but I know for a fact it was fake. He then showed it to my coach, and at the end of practice she gave us a speech about integrity and how she would rather us pull a 10 minute 2k than to cheat. She then brought be to her office and told me that she is disappointed, has lost trust in me, and that I should be prepared not to be in the water this spring. I tried to explain to her that it’s was a fake image, but she just told me to get out. How do I fix this if I can’t prove him wrong.? Please Help
