This one is bugging me...

...and hopefully someone knows it.

1998-2004(ish) electronic metal track, I had it on a compilation CD which may or may not have been from a magazine; I'm in the UK so most likely Kerrang at that time.

The only lyric that I can remember, and the part that was stuck in my head when I woke up is "When there's no air (left?) to breathe, [spoken] we'll line (maybe 'coat'?) our lungs with dollar bills. [shouted]" which makes me think that they were probably American. I'm 75% sure that there is a quieter "I can't fucking breathe..." after that line.

My Google skills are failing me, I can't find it with any version of forced quote searching.
