Lenovo Vantage - no performance profiles?

Just bought Lenovo LOQ 15 couple days ago. Wanted to set custom performance profiles, however in my lenovo vantage app there is no such a thing, even though Fn+Q shows me that performance changed. Is there a way to find Vantage version with profiles? Reinstalling the app from MS Store didn't make any differences.😭
