Phase 3: Arousal Spike / Reaching PONR very soon.

I had restarted the training after taking 1 month break. Because I was forever struck in phase 3.I was failing every other week. Every time I restart the phase-3, by the time when it comes to end of phase-3, with semen railed up, I was ejaculating on 5th or 6th day of week-3.

Even now after restarting, whenever I think of mental imagery, I feel that my arousal spikes up too fast and is making me reach PONR soon, in next 30 secs.

Also, I experimented ( Just experiment, I cut off porn long back) if I look at semi-nude / nude pic my arousal is spiking up in the same manner.

Did anyone experience similar situation ? How to overcome this ?
