Six Zero Support

Hi, I am not from Australia. I’ve already tried contacting Six Zero Support via email and they aren’t responsive.

I bought the black opal paddle last December, used it at the start of January and this week it formed a big lump on the surface. Aside from the support email, do you guys know of any other emails I can contact? Do you guys have any experience with their support email? Im really bummed out since this was supposed to be my Christmas gift for myself.
