Backup Plans?

Hi!

My husband's case has been in AP (IR-1) since September, 2025 and now we're part of the 75 country visa pause.

Has anyone thought of any backup plans/other countries to try for, if this lasts more than a year? He's a citizen of Pakistan and we really would like to move out of here. Realistically, how hard would it be to get a job and move to KSA, Dubai etc?
