What does this mean?? Help!!

Hi everyone! I got this email a few days ago, asking me that have I seen the offer letter, but I couldn't still see it and idk why. I asked them why I can't see it and they replied by asking did I upload everything and send my TOEFL results to them, which I did 10 days ago. So I don't know what is the problem. Do you guys think that I'm accepted or not?
