Asturians abroad, where are you and would you ever return to Asturias?

Would love to hear some opinions on why you would or wouldn't return.

I've been abroad for 8 years, initially left because I wanted to see the world, and later realised I built a better life for myself than I could have had I stayed, as I have no qualifications (very much loved by the Spanish, but not so needed in the UK).

My British husband has been very keen on moving to Asturias as of late for a variety of reasons, he's actually raised A LOT of fairly good reasons, but I'm terrified at the prospect (he's only ever been to Asturias on holidays and doesn't speak Spanish btw). I'd like to see if others raise the same issues I have in mind, or why you'd love to be back!
