Is my alternator dying?

2002 Chevy truck. Stopped for gas off the highway and as I was leaving red battery warning started flashing on cluster. Volt meter is around 12v. It was definitely at 14 this morning.

I’ve driven about 35 miles and nothing changed. I’m about 150 miles from home. Should I just monitor and keep driving
