Can walls be flipped from library as tapped and attacking with Jet or Winota?

If [[winota]] or [[jet, rebel leader]] find a creature with defender, what happens? Does it enter tapped and attacking, or does it enter tapped and unable to be attacking, or is it just not a viable target at all?

Thanks.
