Demotivated as an Ausländer

So, for some background: I am from Pakistan and I am 20 years old. I recently completed my 12 years of education. I started learning German after finding out about Ausbildung in August 2025. It has been around 5 months, and I will soon reach the end of B1. I haven’t taken any official exams yet, only online exams on a website. My main goal was B2, but I recently heard that it’s almost impossible to get a contract as a foreigner. Even with B2, you won’t get a contract without a consultant. I am very scared since I have invested at least 500 hours into this.
