Does anyone know what is wrong/causes these noises from my electric guitar

Hey guitar techs!

I recently bought a new electric guitar (Levison Blade Texas Pro), which has been a fantastic guitar to play. However, when I plug it in now, it starts making some strange electric noises through the amp.

I’ve tested the same amp and cable with another guitar, and everything works perfectly, so I don’t think the issue is with the amp or cable. As you can see in the video, when the VSC switch is in the middle position the guitar sounds mostly “fine,” although the output volume is very low even with the master volume set high, and there’s a crackling undertone. When the VSC switch is pushed up or down, the guitar signal disappears completely and only strange electrical noises comes through the amp when playing.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and hoiw to fix it?
