FT: 4+ IV Timid Protean Froakies, US and JPN. LF: Other 4+ IV things

Timid Froakies with Protean. Atk is the missing perfect IV, and they are all in Net Balls. Specifically:

• Various 4 IV US males
• Four 31/x/31/x/31/31 US females
• JPN 4+ IV Froakies (twelve 4IV males / two 4IV females)
• I ran out of 5IVs... I can breed more of either region, but I'd really prefer not to since that will leave me with more 4 IVs and I'm trying to get rid of these. I am most likely to do it if you're willing to trade me two different 5IV's in return.

Looking for:

• Phantump with decent IVs
• Snorunt with decent IVs, a plus if they're males with Spikes
• Various natured Dittos (Calm, Adamant, Impish, Timid, Modest, Bold, Jolly)
• Other 4IV+ things, just let me know what you have

Please let me know the nature+IV spread of what you're offering, and what you would like in return! Also, please keep in mind that Froakie's gender ratio is 87.5% male, so it's much harder for me to get females, especially 5 IV ones.
