VERY odd question about netherite hoes and sharpness enchants.

What level of sharpness would a netherite hoe need via commands to reach the same damage amount as a sharpness 5 netherite sword?

I'm so sorry for the stupidity of this question, it's for a server, and a friend requested it, and I'm sorta obligated to do it for various reasons.
