I have built a new PC with these specs:

\- R5 9600x
\- MSI B650M Gaming WIFI
\- 2x16 GB Acer Predator Rams
\- XFX Mercury 9060 XT 16 GB OC
\- CoolerMaster MWE V3 750W 80+ Brozne
\- GAMDIAS Air cooler B512
\- Redragon GM3CB238 RUBY Monitor 1 (DP)
\- MSI OPTIX G241VC monitor 2 (HDMI)

as you can see from the video the crash i get and it does not turn back on unless i *hard reset the pc manually or using force shutdown*, ***the issue happens mostly when the pc is on idle or watching videos on youtube but while gaming it does not crash***

Before i start having this issue i was using 1660 Super and i did not face this issue at the time using the same pc specs, and after upgrading the GPU i tried all of the following

\- Fresh windows installation
\- DDU in safemode
\- AMD cleanup utility in safemode
\- Driver rollback to older versions
\- Install driver without Adrinaline software
\- Update BIOS
\- Disable EXPO
\- Run Ram on lower Speed
\- Disable Hardware acceleration on discord and chrome and in windows settings
\- Disable MSI HyperGraphics option in BIOS
\- Disable 0 RPM mode in Adrinaline
\- Lower Clock speed to be below the advertised speed
\- Reseat Cables
\- Remove CMOS Battery to factory reset BIOS
\- Used another GPU Cables (not daisy chained)
\- Disable ULPS (Ultra Low Power State)

and none of these options worked, so i contacted the shop i bought the GPU from so they took it back to test it for RMA but the gpu did not crash a single time during 2 weeks of testing.

Can someone please help, i have tried all solutions i found on the internet
