a question

what race/species is this random design i sketched up?

hes like an elf, but pale pink in skin colour and has blue hair, with swirly white markings on his collarbone. I havent put an image cause of the intense image rules so sorry abt that I hope my desc is enough! hes wearing a white to blue fade medieval dress style outfit and I imagine him talking with a posh English accent
