Most comfortable shock absorbers for Tesla AWD 2021?

I think I read somewhere that newer (i.e. 2023 or 2024) Tesla shock / struts are better for Tesla 2021 AWD. Is that correct?

Are these parts made by Tesla or another manufacturer?

Are there any better third party parts that are better?

What sort of damage is usually seen on shock absorbers or struts if car was pushed down to the floor from the back? This happened due to another car driving on the cargo carrier that was attached to the back of the car.
