Whole milk: weaning help?

Hi all! My LO is 11 months and a few days, exclusively bottle fed breastmilk. Im also EP and going to be done when LO turns 1.

I am quickly watching my frozen stash & actual current supply dwindle and I’m trying to figure out how to wean bottles and breastmilk.

Is it acceptable to drop bottles yet with 1 month remaining until 1?

How did you do it? I’m not against cold turkey, but would like to try and do a whole milk & breastmilk mixture to start weaning process.
