Hoping to hear from hosts with listings in their home 🏡

New host here and we are looking to rent out a studio suite in our family home (separate entrance.) Majority of posts I've come across are for standalone units where the hosts may not be on the premises, so im hoping to hear from folks that have listings within their home.

For context, the studio is a cozy space for up to 2 guests, with a full bathroom, sink/hotplate, and fridge. There are many world renowned mountain biking trails here so were looking into offering bike storage in our back yard.

Any tips, lessons, or cautionary tales welcome. Any specific house rules you would reccomend?
