Stock Question

Hi all, new to trading on my own and really see a big future with Pulsar, especially with the Topaz Project in MN. Obviously it’s volatile, but do we anticipate the stock continuing to rise? Or did I miss the opportunity to buy low? Any advice is appreciated and thank you in advance!
