Set up a simple outreach system for a friend $2.4k in deals in 7 days (testing phase)

Hey all not trying to sell anything, just sharing something I’ve been testing and looking for feedback.

I’ve been messing around with a pretty simple automated outreach system nothing fancy, mostly structure + consistency. I helped a friend set it up recently for his services, and over the past 7 days he’s brought in about $2,400 in deals from it.

This isn’t some push a button and get rich thing.

It’s more about:

•	targeting the right people

•	keeping the messaging straightforward

•	following up without being annoying

I’m still early in testing it and trying to understand why it’s working, not just that it is.

I was thinking about writing up a short, free PDF that breaks down:

•	the basic structure

•	what actually matters vs what doesn’t

•	common mistakes I’ve already seen

Would anyone here actually be interested in checking something like that out or giving feedback?
