Tampon in for 11 hours with fever

Hi everyone, Im really nervous right now so dont mind me if I make any grammatical errors. Ok, so I just woke up at 4.30 a.m and panicked cause I fell asleep with a tampon I had in since 7 p.m .

Normally I wouldnt care all THAT much but I also woke up with fever 38.4°C, I know it doesnt sound too bad but my normal temperature is usually around 35 to 36°C max. I feel dizzy and was really close to passing out when I got up to take some medicine to lower the fever.

Now, to make things clear, Ive been having mucus constantly for a few days, especially today but it was from allergies, I know cause they are super common on me and can last for up to a week. But have never had feveror anything like that with such. Maybe Im just really nervous to even think properly but this timing is quite unfortunate.
