I have a severe fear of ants but only far away and the wingless ones.

I thought I had myrmecophobia (fear of ants) but I don't think I do because I am completley fine with videos of an ant close up or a photo of an ant close up. I am also fine with flying ants. But I am extremely terrified of regular crawling ants from far away especially when they are in clusters. Something about little black dots moving around in a specific pattern freaks me out. I am an adult my phobia of ants has ruined a lot of things for me, I saw 10 ants on the floor today and was so scared, i dropped a glass plate to the floor. One was on me, and I freaked out even more, it was so fast and I couldnt hit it off, or squish it, it just somehow survived that. I had an ant farm as a kid and used to love ants but then they escaped and took over my house and got in drinks. I can handle fruit flies landing on me, even a spider in the same room as me but I can't handle seeing thousands of ants at once. And If I see one, I know theres always gonna be more.

Its more like the swarm and cluster of thousand little moving black dots at once that cant die is whats freaking me out the most but it happens mainly with ants and I don't know why. if I saw thousands of fruit flies on someones hand,, it wouldn't freak me out unless I thought they were ants. I have very little fear of flying ants until they lose their wings then Im scared again.
