Can I say I am a babysitter if I babysat my own brother for an average of 10 hours per week?

My mom is very busy so she always asks me and my sister to babysit my baby brother who is only 1.5 years old. I’ve been doing this for a while now and I average around 10 hours a week. I do get paid so I consider this my job but it doesn’t feel official or “resume worthy” if it’s by my own mother. What can u do?
