HELP!! Red Cross Phlebotomist interview. What should I expect?

I have an interview next week for an entry level blood collection staff - customer service position at Red Cross and I’m definitely a little worried about it. I’m currently a premed 3rd year and I’ve been struggling to find a job to gain experience. I don’t have any experience in phlebotomy and I’ve only practiced a couple times on a dummy with butterfly needles.

They state that no prior medical experience is required but I feel underprepared. Is there anything I should be doing to prepare myself better and does anyone have experience with the interviewing process at Red Cross?
