specific map recommendations?

hello beautiful celeste players, im looking for a map to help build muscle memory on my second jump button. i am looking for something anywhere from mid expert to high grandmaster. i really enjoyed 74 from SJ, but it doesn't have to be a dashless map. thanks in advance for your help! :3
