Blicky Mastery

So I had used the blicky for a large part of my session tonight and noticed that it didnt use any durability and had a mastery bar. I guess my question now is are there people out there insane enough to master the blicky and as a new player who doesnt care about being optimal in the game and enjoys the meme is it worth the meme?
