PC Crashes When I Don't Have A Game Running

Hi All,

Recently for the past couple of months my pc has been crashing if I was not playing a game. I had a different issue before where my PC would crash any time it went to sleep. I'm trying reddit as my PC has been crashing a ton while playing ARC Raiders and I thought I could find some help here! When my PC crashes it glitches all of the audio that comes through and I'm sometimes able to stop it from restarting itself by spamming Ctrl + Alt + Delete. I tried many different solutions such as turning off my PC sleep timer, adjusting my ram speeds, cleaning my pc, not having certain tasks open, etc. I'm also attaching an audio clip that plays the noises my PC makes occasionally on startup. Is this part of the problem? I have a AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor (3.80 GHz), 32.0 GB of DDR4 3600MHz CORSAIR - VENGEANCE RGB PRO RAM (running at 2666 MHz otherwise my PC has more issues), 8GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, Gigabyte B550 VISION D-P Motherboard.
