Ways to Add Blocker Ability to Cards?

hello, I’m new to playing one piece, but I’ve been falling along my friends playing it since the beginning.

In the early stages it felt weird that there wasn’t any cards that used the type attribute on the top right of the cards, at least that I could tell.

So I’ve always wanted to build some sort of silly deck that uses them. My main idea was using cards like Luffy and buggy that cannot be defeated by slash and strike types. But to make this extra useful I would want them to have the blocker ability. It does not seem any cards have this defeated condition and blocker.

Are there any ways using any cards released in English or Japanese that let you add the blocker ability to other characters?

Thanks a bunch!
