Pc micro stutter

I got a PC and it ran perfectly for a couple of days. After moving it to my room, I started experiencing micro-stuttering. I moved it back closer to the Wi-Fi where it originally worked, but the stuttering continued. I’ve tried optimizing the PC and several other fixes since then, but nothing has worked.
