Looking to join a regiment!

I've got about a hundred hours in the game, but it's been a little over a year since I played and I might need some re-teaching. I think I'd like to play collies this war, and I'd love to do some front lining and maybe try out the new airplanes (I'm sure everyone does, so it's low on my priorities.)

I'm pretty casual and I don't have enough flex in my work schedule to garuntee a certain # of hours every week (idek if ya'll do that sort of thing but I've had ARMA and squad teams bust my butt ab it in the past...)

Any advice?
