Is perisno considered light fantasy on the world or on Gameplay?

I was looking to try out some light fantasy mods like perisno and Prophesy of Pendor but are they both considered light fantasy on the world itself or on gameplay only since they do remind me of a game of thrones like world with no magic but with magical beasts and races.
