Admitted to VT EE

Hi! I was just admitted to Virginia Tech for Electrical Engineering and wanted to hear from current EE students. How’s the first-year experience and workload?

Any tips on classes, professors, or getting involved early (clubs, research, internships)?

Also, anything you wish you’d known as a freshman EE at VT? Any advice appreciated!
