Trying to loose pick permissions

Anybody successful with losing permissions with a certain department? I transferred to AFE and just can't stand pick. I originally thought it was 60 days, then a manager told me 90 days and as of right now, I haven't picked in 99 days, and just learned that it's 180 days 😭😭 and they will "force' me to go up after like 40 days. I'm so irritated rn
