I used my only 2 primal shards today hoping to get something good. I got Valkyrie. Is she worth the resources to max out?

I have the resources to acsend her to 60 and max out her skills, but is it worth it? I don't ever see her in arena. Is she good in other areas? I'm lvl 45 if that helps. My mains that I use for pretty much everything are Predator, Xeno, Rector Drath, Ezio, and Kael. My tag team builds are kinda lacking in suppose I can use her there or should I just save the resources for a different champ?
