Tips for a New First Time Supervisor?

So I'm going to be starting a position as a supervisor for a team of 3 people. What kind of advice would you have for someone in my position?

For reference, my new director said I would be the SME of the office, with 4 years in the agency working in all parts of the agency (I started as entry level WG and worked my way to a GS9 specialist so far), the other employees I'd have to supervise are still fairly new. So I want to be a good boss, but not overzealous or micromanaging. . .

I'm excited for this new part of my journey, but I'm really nervous because I don't want to fuck up. . .
