Kenwick table forcing employees to work in a snowstorm

The title explains itself. Kenwick table, the café with the slogan "Community, Coffee, Wine" is forcing its workers to be present during the state of emergency recently declared by the mayor. The owner, Rett Mcgoodwin, who lives just next door to the café has taken it upon himself to drive in the snow, and pick up the employees for their shift. Despite many employees stating their discomfort, he has began to threaten their employment. Perhaps he has forgotten that his workers are part of the community, too. Shame on Kenwick table.
