[TOMT] [SONG] Old rock and roll sounding song with a really flashy intro and a black guy singing with an accent.

My school plays music near the end of passing periods and I hear it nearly every morning. Sounds like an older song, maybe 70's? It has an intro that's pretty energetic and almost sounds like the intro to a game show on TV.

It also has what sounds like a black guy singing with a slightly high-pitch voiced and what sounds like a southern US accent. Because of the accent I haven't been able to really piece together what he's saying.
