Recommendations for a 4k 32in Mini-LED?
TL;DR: What 32in 4k Mini-LED, IPS monitor would you recommend for gaming in 2026 (US availability? My budget is flexible, but I would like to stick under $1,000 USD.
Hi, I'm finally looking to get an upgrade my monitor. Currently, I have a Samsung Odyssey LC27G5xT. It's a 27in 144hz 1440p monitor. I know Samsung quality control is dubious, but I haven't had any issues with mine for years. I am looking to upgrade in every way possible. I have an RTX 4080S and I want to use it.
I know I want to upgrade to a 32in, I have the space and find myself wanting more from my 27in. My current monitor is slightly curved, and that's fine, but I prefer flat. I use it for gaming but nothing crazy competitive, so anything 165hz and up is good. I want good darks, but I do too many repetitive tasks and don't want to deal with burn-in so I feel mini-LED is best. Lastly, I know 4k is best for a 32in screen, so that's on my list too. Other than that: I don't know much. I have heard IPS is better for my needs, but I can't speak much to that. I'm also not sure about dimming zones or brightness or even HDR.
I see so many mixed things online about different monitors and the prices vary wildly, so I was hoping someone might be able to help me out and speak from personal experience, but any recommendations are welcome.
