Advice: were my constitutional or civil rights broken?
Location: Mississippi November 6 days before Thanksgiving I was taken to jail for what should have been a ticket. Upon arriving I was not fingerprinted or fully booked. I slept overnight in booking, to be woke up and taken to court for arraignment at 8am that next morning. I was told I'd get fingerprinted after court. In court I was given bond, told charge of speaking too loudly in my home, and another court date for Feb for verdict. Morning two after court I told them I wasn't fully booked, and the correctional officer says "they will come get you when they have time" and takes me to a jail pod(no longer in booking) for about 6 hours. I was waken second night to a c.o. tell me to graby things. I think I'm leaving but no, I'm being taken to a detox or seg cell alone. And for 4 more nights that's where I stayed, no phone call, no med help when I seized and hit head, no phone call for a lawyer or bail, and NO FINGERPRINTS TIL DAY 5! I'm told that the jail failed my right to due process, my right to medical attention, and also it's illegal to hold someone who is detoxing(alcohol) without a camera in the cell(there was no surveillance on me) or without hourly checkins or responses from med staff thru intercom. I know my rights were violated I just don't know how to go about this matter. I've talked to a few firms and they agree my right were violated but won't take my case
