Blonde Vinyl Still Not Shipped Since July

I ordered a blonde Vinyl from the website in July when they restocked it and it said pre-order so I knew it would take awhile. Around October I remembered I hadn't received any updates on it and reached out to support who said it would ship by December 1st. Mid January I reached out again and no response or updates yet. Anyone else have this issue?
