Which banks or brokers in Taiwan allow investing in Irish-domiciled ETFs with low fees?

I currently invest only small amounts (fractional investing), so the fees from bank → Wise → USD → IBKR are quite high for me.
I’m looking for a more cost-efficient option to invest in Irish ETFs like VWRA, CSPX, or IWDA directly from Taiwan.

Any recommendations?
