Does anyone know of any free (preferably) or very cheep e-cards to use on hoopla?
I’m looking for a way to listen to books on hoopla as a Tennessee resident, I don’t live in any of the city’s so it’s not like I can get a free Knoxville or Nashville card. I have Libby covered but hoopla has some choices I want that Libby don’t so I was wonder if anyone had any library’s I could get a card from and use free. If not what would be the cheapest? Thank you
