Tried overclocking monitor, resetted monitor settings with buttons on back. Didn't work, went to bios. Still not working, I was using a Sceptre monitor. I managed to fix it but now it goes into automatic repair, system restore doesn't work.
after that I pressed go to windows 11 and it said critical process died error 0xef. I restarted and it went back to recovery mode.
