CFA Feb 2026 Deferral

I want to defer my Feb 2026 L3 Exam. Looking to get paid deferral for about 449$.

Wanted to know, if I select my Billing Address as Dubai and pay through International CC. Will I face some difficulties later.

P.s : I'm staying in India and don't want to pay GST.

Please help!
