CurvX vs Curv 2 Flow vs S8 MaxV Ultra?

Looking to upgrade me iRobot J6. Will need it to clean ~2000 sq ft, mix of carpet, hardwood and stone tiles. No pets. 2 toddlers (and lots of crayons etc on floor). Budget $1000.

Anybody who has experience with multiple models who could share some insight?
