Best ways to make healing spells?

Hii, so the thing is that i have been romantically talking to this guy and he's been through a lot, he's like the most emotionally mature person ever but he still has a lot to heal. I am really into him and even though nothing romantic happens between us i want to help him get better.

I've been thinking about several spells, like doing a calm/relaxing spell and a self love spell for him (the weakest spots), i want to help him to heal and as we talked not even hours ago he said he is not ready for a romantic relationship because he wants to be mentally stable before getting into anything serious.

Since it's been like a week since i met him I don't want him to like ask me to be his girlfriend and such because like literally we barely know each other. I want to help him grow and heal a little faster (let's say 1 to 4 months from now i want to get involved with him romantically, so by that time ig he would heal and feel good with himself enough to be in a relationship)

Besides i want to say that I'm completely broke right now, like I can't afford a birthday candle kind of broke, but i do have lavender, chamomile and common herbs used for seasoning food. I also have a little black candle saved up so i think i could use it.

From another perspective, I've been thinking about this kind of idk is it's a spells but it's similar to reiki, truthfully don't know how it's called but yk.

What would your recommendations be? Thanks a lot!
